COMPLIANCE WITH LAW 20.393

Grupo Empresas Agrotop, committed to continuously fostering a culture of integrity, respect for good corporate practices and regulatory compliance, has implemented a Crime Prevention Model (CPM) under Law No. 20.393 and its subsequent amendments.

This model identifies the activities or processes that may be exposed to the risk of any of the offenses set out in Law No. 20.393 and its amendments, and establishes protocols, procedures and control mechanisms to prevent, detect and sanction criminal conduct. The entire system is audited and monitored at appropriate intervals.
